About Toni

Dr. Toni Minichiello is unique in world of coaching having nurtured a 13 year old through a 15 year journey to Olympic Gold Medal Success.

He has also worked with a number of other medalling atheltes, supported a range of sports including England Cricket and the Football Association as well as working in business to help create environments that foster individual and team performance environments.

Toni was awarded the accolade of UK Sports Coach of the Year 2012 and was inducted into the Fellowship of Elite Coaches in 2014.
